Cons: When I dropped off my car, I informed the agent I forgot to top off the tank. She told me it was ok and they would charge me an additional $13.99 for driving under 75 miles. When I checked my credit card statement, there was an additional $45 on the bill. I called Budget to get a correction and was told "I'm sorry you got bad information" and that they charge $9.98 a gallon; so 4 gallons cost me $40. What a rip off! Gas down the street was $2.16 at the time. I will never use Budget again and will advise other not to as well!

Cons: Car was dirty inside. Had not been cleaned from prior renter.

Cons: The windows and mirrors were streaky making it hard to see out in bright sunlight.

Cons: Car smelled of cigarette smoke. My fault for taking, because I'm certain Budget would have remedied the problem with an exchange. Was pressed for time.

Cons: Arranged & paid for rental online. At pickup was informed that since the rental company was closed on my choose return date I had to rent the vehicle for an additional day. Since I had also purchased insurance at the time of booking I had to purchase insurance through the rental company for the entire trip or be uninsured for the additional day.
