Reserved car was not available, and no options for a larger vehicle were available in the near area. As the reservation was placed a week in advance, I was very unsatisfied. The rental agent was nice, polite, and as helpful as he could have been.10.0 Wonderful

There is a significant difference between local staff who is awesome and the forwarding service that you are sent to when they don't answer. If I'm running 30 minutes late and want to warn them. The rental service wanted to charge me $150. Luckily I made it in time, but a simple late fee would have been more reasonable.9.6 Wonderful
