I liked that the car was clean. I dislike that i was told i was getting a specific car, and after i paid, the car wasn't available. I also don't like the pressure to get extra insurance.

I will never book through kayak for a rental. Not only was the confirmation not there when I got there, I got charged separately for insurance on a reservation I never picked up through kayak

The seat of the car could have been cleaner they quite dirty and stained.
The pick up and dropoff of the car was easy for me, but I had to chase down the lot attendant to close out the rental. There wasn't anyone at the counter. The car had quite a few dents and nicks, but the attendant noted them correctly at checkout. Overall a good experience.
