I had to do my own run through with the car. When I received the car the gas tank was not full.. upon returning the vehicle I left the tank where I found it plus a little more. When they now did the run through, they come back and tell me to fill it up. I explain to them that it wasn't full when I received it and they proceeded to tell me the extreme gas refilling price. They need to work on further preventing those situations. It was inconvenient and made me spend money that I rightfully didn't have to.2.0 Poor

Staff was super rude and unhelpful. Gave me a car that smelled of smoke which could not be smelled because they used the odor extractor but after an hour the stink was noticeable. I requested another car they did not hve any cars in my size so instead of giving me another car they wanted to charge me more for an SUV. Did not have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience. It has been a amonth since this happened and they still ahve not refunded me so I had to go through my credit card to dispute the charge.Cons:
