There was no staff when we arrived. We were never able to rent a car and were stranded at the airport.Cons:
Everything. When we called an explained we were stranded at the airport and there were no employees to help us. They basically said to wait until the next day when the reopen to get a car. I explained we had no transportation to spend a night in a local hotel. They offered no other options. Absolute disaster. Now i know why HERTZ has filed bankruptcy.4.8 Mediocre

Cons:
When I went to pick up the car, I was told that the car I reserved was not available. I booked the car well in advance, this is not acceptable. I was forced to take whatever car they had available, as I had no other alternative and didn’t want to cancel my family’s vacation which was planned months in advance.
