Pros:
There was no staff when we arrived. We were never able to rent a car and were stranded at the airport.Cons:
Everything. When we called an explained we were stranded at the airport and there were no employees to help us. They basically said to wait until the next day when the reopen to get a car. I explained we had no transportation to spend a night in a local hotel. They offered no other options. Absolute disaster. Now i know why HERTZ has filed bankruptcy.4.8 Mediocre

The rental car was not ready for pick up at our reservation time and we were told to wait for several hours after in order for someone else to drop off their car.Cons:
The employees offered no solution and could not rectify the situation at all. We just had to deal with it.2.0 Poor

The staff was extremely friendly and made the rental process easy. The car was clean and I was expecting a small vehicle for the price I paid, but it was actually nice and roomy.Cons:
The rental attendant was friendly...actually too friendly. The process would’ve have been a little quicker if he didn’t have long conversations with the customers as he was processing rentals.Alamo

Cons:
When I went to pick up the car, I was told that the car I reserved was not available. I booked the car well in advance, this is not acceptable. I was forced to take whatever car they had available, as I had no other alternative and didn’t want to cancel my family’s vacation which was planned months in advance. Very disappointed with Alamo.2.0 Poor
