I reserved a mini-van, but it hadn’t arrived yet. So, the gave me a Pathfinder. Yes, it seats 7, but it is not the same size. I had to put luggage on the top of the car. I returned it 25 min early and was told that I would be charged $100+ because I returned it early. Be cautious and ask questions.

The process was extremely fast... we honestly weren’t expecting such a swift and friendly experience and atmosphere. The young man who helped us on the pick up day actually didn’t have what we wanted in stock and gave us a nicer vehicle at the same price. Thanks Enterprise team!

The rental was canceled in June and I did not receive the money for the insurance down payment Nobody will return my calls. I will never use kayak and make sure everyone knows.

Budget representative was really good. Explained everything i needed to know. I was stuck in traffick coming home and arrived 45 minutes late and i was not penalized. Just really great service.
