Car was dirty inside and out. Not a good situation in a pandemic. Passenger seat would not recline. Stuck in the upright position. I understand we’re in a pandemic everybody is stretched to the limits however I could’ve paid $10 more and gotten a clean car with functioning seats. Would appreciate a partial credit for my trouble. The staff is friendly. I rent from Enterprise often. You can leave own vehicle there a well-lit lot while you rent from EnterpriseCons:
They are not open on a Sunday. There is a dropbox but you will be charged for an entire day. The recently had a price increase of 25% which is very disappointing. Rates are very high even for Platinum reward members.9.6 Wonderful

The drop off was confusing they had gone out to lunch but it was already past the time on the door that they said they'd be back and there was no drop box for the keys. luckily the man there was nice and didn't cause a fuss when i returned the keys later on.3.2 Poor

Staff was not friendly and not helpful. I was told that they don't have a car for me, even though I made a reservation. I don't recommend this location at all!Cons:

supposed to pick up my rental at 9 am , waited one hour for a car to be lockated , another 1 hour drive to pick up the car , and another 1 hour drive back to first location , after all i missed my 5day trip , and when i returned the car after 2 days , got charge 70% of the price , talk to hertz associate and her response was “ unfortunately nothing i can do ....2.0 Poor

This was booked as an airport rental. The agency is 45 minutes away form the airport. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the rental and re-book at the airport. This was a very poor way to treat a traveler.Eagle Rent A Car
