It was nice they have an airport shuttle since the only reason we stayed here was because our flight got cancelled.
It's way too overpriced for what you get. We paied $200 for 1 night and they wouldn't even do room-in food delivery because we wanted to pay by card. When we did go down to get the food, the food itself wasn't too impressive and was also overpriced. Also, if you don't have a car, there's nothing within walking distance to get decent food.
The Staff was great, they allowed us to leave our car and go into the City even though we could not check in until later in the day.
The Location may be good for access to Logan Airport, but as a place to stay while enjoying the City, it was too far away. We had no choice on this weekend as most hotels were full, so I don't blame the hotel, but it is about a $25 Cab Ride from downtown to the hotel.

Staff in restaurant not particularly friendly and had to wait longer than necessary to place an order for food as bar tender was chatting. Food slightly overpriced.
after arriving late from Europe, it was a wonderfully comfortable overnight stop prior to resuming our journey home the next morning.
the fact that we clearly requested 3 beds in our booking, but the hotel were unaware of it, & although in the end they were most accommodating & gave us the 3- bed room, we had to get angry & wait an extra amount of time (being jet-lagged & weary)
The hotel was fantastic value for money. The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. Shuttle bus was excellent, as was the restaurant and bar.
The room is nice. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast service is good. They even got a library.
