the hotel looks old and located far from the airport and did not look like a 3 stars hotel
The airport shuttle was prompt.
The location wasn't the best, the price exceeded the quality of the room, location, and service (at best a XXX a night hotel). Nothing special about this hotel. I've stayed in nicer Super 8's.We won't stay again.
SafetyI was assaulted by a drug addict in an elevator (he was clearly on drugs) and had to run to my room through emergency exit (stairs). I called hotel stuff and the answer I received was SORRY ?
Very nice interior, nice restaurant with reasonable prices, grocery store and fast food places about 2 blocks away
The hot tub was out of order
Staff was pleasant and helpful especially in person. Not so much over the phone.
Location. Shuttle driver left us standing at the train station. Had to wait nearly an hour for next shuttle as it was rush hour. Called for shuttle as directed and waited in the appropriate location driver did not stop there, very cold wait on the curb.Hotel was just so so. Even with the Priceline discount it seemed a bit pricey for what you got. It seems to be located in more of an industrial neighborhood and good restaurants were not plentiful really only one close by. Bar was adequate and very friendly. We will look elsewhere on our next visit to Boston. No children in our party, however could not help but notice that this hotel does not appear to be family friendly.
When asked for directions, person answering phone could not give them.
The bed and pillows were soft.
The lights inside the room were very dim, the water power was very slow, and there was no continental breakfast for the price I paid I expected continental breakfast for the price I paid to stay there.Okay if you like dim lights, low pressure water And no continental breakfast and high prices.
The wait for the 15 min. Shuttle was over an hour. The location of the hotel was very uncomfortable. We did not feel like we could walk anywhere. The shower was warm not hot. The room we originally were assigned had obviously been used.We would never stay in this hotel again. It was not worth the money we were charged. Everything from a very late shuttle to a poor experience in the restaurant should drop the star rating on this hotel.
Having the shuttle from airport and back was really nice as we got into Boston so late.Neighborhood is older and not much in the way of eating places but there was a Dunkin Donuts across the street which was great for breakfast. Would stay again for overnight but not long term as it is not close to downtown Boston. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. We were headed to cruise port the next day so our stay was short. The price was good compared to most Boston hotels. Many of the airline staff were staying at the hotel. Room was clean and beds comfortable and the shuttle was prompt when we called for them from the airport.
