The bathroom was not cleaned well there was hair on the toilet and several places in the shower.. And the staff doesn't seem to communicate well with each other...
We had driven 4.5 hours and so we arrived at 12pm it was too early to check in. We parked over in Harrah's parking lot and walked around and gambled for a bit and then checked in. The casino is literally right across the street so we walked over to check in before moving the car. Our room was ready, on time and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was incredibly clean and the bathroom was much larger than expected. We stayed in a King and the bed was super comfortable, so much so that I had no trouble falling asleep.
If you don't eat at the casino (which is horribly expensive) or Wendy's, you will be going back down the mountain for anything to eat. Also, the eggs in the morning are powdered and you can tell. They taste terrible. Also, I was informed that there is a really bad drug and crime problem on the reservation and that there isn't much being done about it. With that said, we didn't have any problems but I would not leave anything of value out in sight in a vehicle. I think this might also be the reason why you have to have your room key to get into the lobby late at night.
Staff, indoor pool for our grandson, common area in lobby.
Double beds - yikes.
