When I went to pick up the vehicle, I waited for 20 minutes before I spoke a staff. She told me no cars available!!!! Then the manager asked me to come inside .After a few minutes she told me to go outside and wait. Another staff came out and told me that no vehicle available. I showed the proof of confirmation, and I Asked why I'm not getting a vehicle , she told me there are so many other people made reservation before me. When I asked for the explanation she told me to get out of the office. Thank you Hertz for your excellent service 👏 😀 👍 🙌9.6 Wonderful
