Stayed here while on a business trip-- got upgraded to a suite (I believe all of their rooms have been remodeled to suites) and had a great stay- rooms were very cozy, comfortable, and spacious; parking was great; breakfast was good but could be better, and the gym could be better. Would definitely recommend to friends and coworkers
This was the dirtiest most run down place I could ever imagine. I would have left but there were no other rooms in Chickasha and I live hours away. Bathroom was disgusting along with the carpets. There was a random twin size mattress on the floor that looked like it had been laid down on previously. The room was non smoking but smelled of smoke. Had to change rooms due to the tenants next door. Worst experience of my life with a hotel. Honestly do not have one positive for this hotel.
I booked my stay here while on a family trip and had my two kids and husband with me and we stayed in their double suite (for the price of a double regular room!). The room was really spacious, the setup was great, the channel listing was awesome, and their rooms are fully equipped with a coffee pot, iron+ironing board, etc. The pool was also open so that was great for the kids. It was definitely a great stay and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be booking my next stay there.
After reading these other reviews, I booked a room here for a weekend. That was my first mistake. In front of the place was a run-down car for sale with a door missing and tireless wheels, which is not a great first impression. I booked a non-smoking room and had to crawl over a toilet and a nightstand along the terrace just to get to my room. Inside was a room where quite a bit of smoking had apparently gone down and the small tv looked like it was barely from the 1980s. The whole place was run-down and while there were signs that some renovation was taking place, it didn't look like the complete overhaul the place badly needed. At the front desk, which couldn't even be called a lobby, there is a sign that says that if you aren't satisfied with your room within the first 15 minutes, you can come back and get a full refund. I took advantage of that within the first 5 minutes.
I come to Chickasha, Oklahoma frequently on business and have stayed at almost all the hotels. I wasnt too impressed the last time I stayed at the best value inns and suites but decided to give it a shot again as I saw that it was repainted and completely redone. One of the problems I had was the the rooms were a little smaller the last time, and after taking a look at the rooms this time around, I realized that they have converted two rooms to one making the room sizes huge! There is also new furniture and they also serve free continental breakfast now. Amenities are good and the price is excellent. Definitely recommended!
I stayed here around last year for a business trip and the hotel was in very bad shape (roaches, airconditioning), and much much more and I was driving by this year again and was just gonna drive by that place but saw that they are under the best value inn and suites franchise and the entire property looked repainted, clean, and looked very nice. I decided to give it a shot and found out through the manager that the hotel has been completely remodeled and is under new management. I decided to check out a room just before renting it and saw that they have done an excellent job and even though the rooms are not very spacious, they are very very good for the price. Plus you cant beat free breakfast and their NEW FITNESS CENTER!
I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with the renovation and new management at the hotel. Although its definitely not the best in town, but its amenities (pool, fitness center, free breakfast, laundry services) equal the other hotels in which ive resided before and its definitely the cheapest price for the best quality. A++
The room was full of roaches and the air conditioning didn't work. I was not good AT ALL.
I had to go to Chickasha for some business in town and decided to take my family with me. We decided to stay at the ABVI for a week and were very pleased with the low price and very decent quality rooms. The hotel has just been remodelled and for a good price, this place might not be the best in town, but its definitely the best bang for the buck.
Clean Hotel. Very Good Rate. Staff was very very Good. They Have improved a lot in last one year. Nice Gym. Would like to go again.
