The fact that I reserved a VAN and was told at the 11th hour that they didn’t have one and they were giving me an SUV which didn’t work for me. If I wanted an SUV, I would have reserved an SUV. My reservation was for a VAV for a reason. Terrible experience.9.2 Wonderful

Everything was fine except they close at noon on Sat and didn't let us know until I called to confirm. We had high anxiety to get there on time. There were many people that didn't get their car. Thank God I callef.10.0 Wonderful

The car was affordable. The gentleman we picked the car up from, while not outgoing, got the job done. The back seat was a little cramped, but it wasn't considered a "luxury car," so I guess that was to be expected.Cons:
