Cons:Better customer service and cleaning
Pros:Nothing except nice lady at front desk she was very understanding guess she has no say in operation of hotel.
Cons:Smells terrible all thru out the building don’t know what guest or people hanging out in the rooms,hallways or stairs smoking but I’m sure it ain’t legal. Also looked like they housing families there. Never ever stay there specially with small kids. Bed and rest of room where in need of cleaning and repair absolutely disgusting. It’s a shame you don’t have a 0 star rating for this one and I have stayed at other Knights inn with no complaints owners need to open their eyes they going to loose this hotel. Anyone who gave this a good rating must be associated with the hotel.
Pros:It was conveniently located close to everything we needed
Cons:Old food found behind beds, ceiling was peeling in multiple areas, dirt all over walls, holes in the floor, water smelled like sulfur, bathroom was disgusting-- looked like it had black mold. Nothing a coat of fresh paint and cleaning couldn't fix honestly. Just looked like pure laziness to me. Also the cops were there for a guest, who knows what happened. Luckily we didn't get bed bugs like the other reviews said.

Cons:The pictures are very deceiving. Normally I would not have booked at a motel but the pictures made it look like it was a decent place to stay and it was a last-minute booking and there was low availability in town that weekend. The room was very dirty. The bathroom was not clean, the sheets were dirty, there were cob webs on the ceiling, the chair in the room was filthy, the door was covered in grime, and the ceiling had what looked like rust spots or something all over. I checked in and checked out in the same hour. I also found it really weird they only take cash deposits which I was unaware of before checking in.
Pros:Nothing fancy at all. This place is convenient for people just passing through for a one night stay or looking for a cheap place to rent. Room seemed simple. Don't expect anything luxury but just always inspect for bed bugs as my parter did got bit on his arm which left a mark for a couple of hours. Location is fair. Hotel is kind of near a noisy street but it's tolerable after wee hours. Just be on the look out for routy neighbors.
Cons:Didn't like how the doors weren't touching the ground so you can kind of see the hallway from the bed. Had to put towels to block the open space to feel a bit more comfortable and safe from anyone peeking through. Also, they didn't have breakfast which I honestly thought and wish they did. They had coffee but fresh pastries would have been nice with that.
Pros:The A/C worked great, fantastic location. Less than 2 miles from where I needed to be. Staff was pleasant but hard to understand.
Cons:Wasn't the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in but wasn't the nastiest either. Saw 2 roaches and the sheets were not clean (no bed bugs, just some stains). NOT happy about the $50 deposit. It would have been nice to know there was going to be one BEFORE I booked instead of finding out about it at check in. Was afraid to request another room or complain about anything for fear that I wouldn't get my deposit back. There were kids everywhere! Not a deal breaker but the place was rather noisy. NOTE: there is a "Gentleman's Club" right next door which could be a plus OR a minus depending why you are planning your stay here.

Cons:Nasty , black mold, the patio door said not to open unless emergency , turns out it didn't even lock it was unlocked the whole time , there was no fridge or microwave , the room was nothing like picture, the room was old stinky and moist, damp like mold .

Cons:Rooming smelled like cigarettes, lamps did not have bulbs, ceiling paint was peeling off, bedsheets did not seem clean (found a long women's hair on the sheet and i was only one traveling). Heard next door guests found bedbugs. When the guests requested refund, person at the front desk said supervisor was not on premises but few minutes later told the guests that she was the manager.... I guess she didn't want to deal with the guests and the bedbug problem.
Pros:Inexpensive. Staff was cordial.
Cons:The place was unclean. Rust on metal fixtures, cigarette burns on furniture, sticky substances on the table, scuff marks on walls and doors, and the bed felt more like a box spring than a mattress. Towels were like sandpaper. Hallways reeked of smoke and carpeting deeply soiled.
