This should have been named a Motel. Doesn't have much amenities, but has towel service for beach, which is the important thing.

Pros (+) I requested a non-smoking room, but unfortunately this room smelled like an ashtray. This is never acceptable.
Cons (-) Renovation to completely remove the years of smoker damage. I realize renovations can be quite costly, but if the lack of investment is consciously being made, please disclose the fact this hotel has the long lasting affects of cigarette smoke damage.

Pros (+) It was nice being close to the beach. My son enjoyed the swimming pool. Having a parking spot was really nice as well. Cheap.
Cons (-) The mattresses suck. The AC is useless. Too much light gets in at night. People are noisy. The bathtub was peeling paint. The lack of a soap dish left the soap they provided stuck to the bathtub and unable to be reused. There was also a fight that broke out in the parking lot around my son and I, and I got punched for being of a certain color (apparently racism was involved). My son was terrified ...

Cons (-) Beds were not very comfortable. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud and walls were so thin we could hear the people in adjacent rooms talking.
