Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location - easy walk over the bridge into town. We changed our booking to be a suite and it was very large with a separate bedroom - ideal for putting toddler to bed early and enabling us to sit in the living room.
Good view, manager friendly, breakfast buffet good, room spacious
Not much info in hotel leaflet, soap dispensers all buckled, towels small, room a bit expensive
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location is great with fabulous views of the river, castle and downtown Cochem.
Hotel is well-located, just by the old bridge. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
Hotel's interior is freshly-painted but rather dated. Guests seem usually to be around retirement age. Breakfast a little disappointing for hotels in this price bracket.
It was good place to stay few nights along river Mosel. The situation is excellent, near the center of city Cochem - not too far, but without the noise of center. Good scenery on the river!
The heating season of the hotel started at the last day we spent there at the last week of August. The comfort of the hotel would have been better, if the heating would have started earlier. The air humidity was unpleasant before heating.
Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean. Location is great (10 minutes from the train station). Breakfast was fantastic.
Excellent location and extremely friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.
We eventualy moved from rear suite to one overlooking river and castle. The breakfast is excellent and all the staff were friendly and polite. The propriotor was alway available and was an excellent host. It was good to have an honesty bar for refershments and the prices were acceptable. As motorcyclists, it was good to be made welcome and have the availablity of specialist route maps for bikers. The garage was also an excellent facillity.
The location - close to the town centre but away from the hurly-burly. The friendly, enthusiastic and helpful attitude of the owner who is happy to share her local knowledge. Huge breakfasts.
The host, the location, the room, breakfast, dining room and garage for our motorbikes was all excellent. Will definitely return to this hotel.
