the extra $10.00 it cost me for using your services!
clean, quiet, good beds, good shower
Old lady at the front desk was rude
the staff make this place work.
There was only one staff member there worth keeping everyone else should be fired! The person worth keeping on staff checked us in and worked all night. She was gone the duration of our stay thereafter.
It was quite and out of bussiness
Kept waking us up and complained about smoke smell when I dont smoke
Friendly staff, very clean
Location..no restaurants close by. Not allowed to take continental breakfast items back to room
The staff is always so friendly and helpfull. We had an isdue with a couple acting inappropriatly in the pool area and it was taken care if right away.
The hot tub was not hot at all. It was cool enough to have bathed a small child.
The frone desk staff were very friendly
In 4 days, housekeeping never cleaned the room
For the price this was an excellent hotel
I liked the fridge and microwave in room.
Location was kind of odd located behind gas station and golf course
Nice staff and clean.
Limited parking on a full night
Very quiet and clean and I was able to sleep without any noise of the occupants which is always nice away from home
The staff was very friendly and welcoming!
The area around the hotel awful! Although there is a GREAT mexican food restaurant(Daniels) .5 miles away.
Nothing in particular.
There were not extra blankets or pillows. My boys had to sleep on the floor with our blanket from our bed. The worst part is they said...too bad. So sad!
Rooms are fine, service is friendly. The breakfast in the morning was dreadful.. The waffle mix was awful. The waffles tasted sour and were not edible. I have to book a room for three days. It will not be here due to the dreaded breakfast!
We stayed one night at this hotel in Colorado Springs. It is located directly across from one of the gates of Peterson AFB, which was very convenient. When I ordered the room online, I stated that we were going to need a roll away bed and one was delivered within minutes of our arrival. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and very helpful. The location however, wasn't as safe as I was hoping, I would have not let my 16 year old daughter go to the car alone. \nOur son arrived home in the middle of the night and I was somewhat concerned that we wouldn't be able to get back into the hotel, or that we would disturb others going in and out that late. They accommodated us by putting us in a room right next to the side door that opened with our room key. All in all it was a perfect place to stay for the reasons we were there. I am not sure I would feel comfortable staying there more than a few days. There were many military soldiers and family that stayed in the hotel. The staff was very nice and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms were not the cleanest I have been in, but were comfortable. The che4ckout time was later and with being up most of the night that was a real plus for us. \nAll in all, I wouldn't mind staying there again. I just don't think it would be the best choice with small children.
