Location was great for we're I was going
I has a non smoking handicapp rm and it smell like smoke the latch on the door was held together by a twist tie minor things that can be fixI would stay here again an tell my family about staying here also an the price was right but just need to stress to customers that they need to smoke out side if they r staying in non smoking rm
The close proximity to the Riverbanks Zoo was convenient.
The furniture was outdated and worn including a refrigerator that had rust spots all over it. There was a limited selection of Cable TV channels available. The Check in Lobby is extremely small; smaller than the room itself.I was disappointed. While the room seemed clean for the most part, the furnishings were severely worn and outdated and the refrigerator had rust all over it. It was close to our day trip destination, but we would not stay here again. It pales in comparison to the Extended Stay America just on the other side of town. You would not know the two motels have the same name. We also had safety concerns due to witnessing a large group of construction workers arguing when we arrived. They appeared to be staying at this motel.
Staff was really great
The dirty pleople that were loving in the rooms leaving their doers open allowing stray cats to enter and exit.Hotel is hard to find, on a side road that Ian labeled behind a hotel behind another business with very small and hard to see extended stay hotel signs that ad partially covered by bushes.
