This is a small outlet with the manager running the place. He was great to deal with.Cons:
The car had an issue with one tire. I don't fault the location because that happens and it was a slow leak that would not have been obvious when the car was returned by the previous driver. Another Enterprise took care of the issue and had the tire replaced.4.0 Mediocre

The woman at the desk was inpatient, rude and unpleasant. Sours your company and overall experience right out of the gates. Your front line is of utmost importance and when the rep is as above described it’s hard to recover.10.0 Wonderful

Better customer service. The most important thing is to have a vehicle when it is confirmed. There should never be a confirmation without vehicles. I won't use Hertz again. Employee was rude and unprofessional.2.0 Poor

Cons:
This Concord NC location was ready right out of the gate. My wife and I were dropped off about 10 minutes early before they opened. It was raining and we were welcome to to sit until they opened at eight. Our agent ,Peter was very polite explained options and got us ready to go expeditiously. Return took a little longer, but still quite efficient9.2 Wonderful

One person taking care of cars. Floor seats had stains on them as well as a big stain on passenger side carpeting that they tried to mask with deodorizer..We waiting a half hour to return car to finally putting keys in box and leaving.Budget

1st off I started to smell a stitch after having the car a few days and there was a bottle of urine under my passanger seat in an old English bottle....SERIOUSLY UPSET 2ndly I'm still trying to sort out being over charged in which I hope to get this rectified on today at opening of business8.4 Very good

The representative was very understanding, knew what to do , answered our questions and assisted in getting the transaction competed. This is one of the best experiences in dealing with a rental. I will most certainly use this again!!Cons:
The only way it could have been better was if it had been free :):) Very professional and very customer service oriented. We felt valued while there to get the rental and upon the return.
