Rent a Lexus in Concord

Better customer service. The most important thing is to have a vehicle when it is confirmed. There should never be a confirmation without vehicles. I won't use Hertz again. Employee was rude and unprofessional.

didnt have a car available and made no attempt to contact me before hand to let me know ended up spending $530 at another rental place because it was last minute due to not having another reservation set up.

Cons:

This Concord NC location was ready right out of the gate. My wife and I were dropped off about 10 minutes early before they opened. It was raining and we were welcome to to sit until they opened at eight. Our agent ,Peter was very polite explained options and got us ready to go expeditiously. Return took a little longer, but still quite efficient

Pros:

I love renting my vehicles from here this is the only place I will rent from,I actually drive 30 plus miles to rent from here of course I can rent from other companies close to my home but I rather rent from here because I’m treated like a valued customer Sharon and John knows how to treat a customer right. Hertz concord is the only place I will rent from.

I never got the car. I was called the morning of my trip, suggesting that the car I wanted wasn't available and that I would need to get the next available size up at my expense. As if that wasn't bad enough, my travel plans had me in town around 6 PM, my reservation time. I was told that it needed to be by 4 PM. That was impossible, so I canceled the reservation. It was utterly unprofessional to blindside me like that on the day of my trip.

Paid for one type of car arrived and they didn’t have it and was charged something totally different. Jeep was very unclean and dirty!

Pros:

The representative was very understanding, knew what to do , answered our questions and assisted in getting the transaction competed. This is one of the best experiences in dealing with a rental. I will most certainly use this again!!

Cons:

The only way it could have been better was if it had been free :):) Very professional and very customer service oriented. We felt valued while there to get the rental and upon the return. Your representative asked how the trip was and was truly not just making conversation. Very very pleasant to work with.

Pros:

The car was very clean with a lot of great features. Exactly what we needed for our trip. Great service at Avis!

Cons:

I was under the assumption that I'd be renting a Ford Fusion, but got a Chevy Malibu instead. It was still a very nice car.
