Pros (+) The location was perfect. We were participating in the Leadville 100 mile mountain bike race, so it was not far from the event. The location was beautiful and shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The living room and furniture were very nice and comfortable.
Cons (-) The actual rental we stayed in needs some renovation. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity are in extreme need of replacement. They look like they are from 1966. There is no shelf paper in some of them and dishes are setting on pressed sawdust. That cannot be kept very clean.
