Clean comfortable rooms with great views. Great location and fabulous helpful staff. Comfy plenty of room. All the staff went out of their way to help us and made our stay fantastic. It felt like an old country pub with genuine people. Location amazing staff supply the of beach towels. Location is amazing, we had an ocean room across the road from the beach. David on the front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable, he had great recommendations of things to do on rottnest. Would love to stay here again. Lovely staff very helpful, great location and extra bits to borrow whilst your there for the beach. Bed was so comfortable. Close to train, great sized balcony. Location very close to a fabulous beach, cleanliness of the room and premises in general, walking distance to local eating places and the excellent attitude of the staff whenever we met them, very handy there is a bar beneath the rooms. Incredible location. We book an oceanfront room so our view was stunning. The lady that runs the housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful with our requests. Superb location right on the beach. The view from our room was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was perfect. Great location, right on the sea front. Cottesloe is on the train line between Perth and Fremantle. It’s a pleasant 20 minute walk from the hotel to Cottesloe station. Best location in Perth. Really quiet rooms despite there being events and a bar so close. Comfortable and clean, great location, great vibe. Great friendly staff, restaurant was exceptional. The chili mussels at the restaurant and the chardonnay. Location was awesome. The location and services where wonderful the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our room, with balcony faced the sea and we had the most perfect sunsets throughout our stay. amazing location. great staff. The air con wasn't cold. No parking supplied for the Hotel. The room was tiny. The hotel has a tired feel to the place and corridors smelt of cigarettes. Rooms were a tad small. fire alarm went off at 4am but that's not their fault. Sometimes it can be noisy later at night but it’s a hotel so this was expected. Beds were comfortable, but a little small. Over a bar, so if you like an early night this isn't for you. Soiled toilet on our arrival and zero response from management when we told them about it. More room for bags. Room a bit small, few bits require attention: No lid on bin in toilet, no handle on loo brush, no full length mirror (we were part of a wedding party), balcony chairs had no back pads. Arrived after a long journey and there was no one on reception. A sign a reception with a number to call which no-one answers. Another girl had been calling / waiting for 30 minutes. A staff member from the hotel eventually walked through reception and managed to find someone to help check us in. Wedding reception noise. Prior to our arrival, we were not aware that the Wedding reception room was just along from our expensive Beachfront room and balcony, both nights were nights that wedding receptions were in full swing, lots of Abba and other such music to 'enjoy' until late in the evening. Room cleanliness was fine except for the carpet, my socks were covered in dirt and hairs which were not ours, maybe it's time for a new vacuum cleaner? Bathroom venting has some issues and we noticed odours coming through the vents. Was a little pricey for a small room. Main other concern is they didn't offer breakfast/coffee, I reckon the downstairs bar area would be a great spot for breakfast/coffee. Room size and view. Not many choices around for breakfasts and no option to self cater within room. Some menu descriptions in bar didn't quite match what was served. Was looking forward to sun bed furniture on veranda for reading as per photo but we only had chairs. Unruly teenagers kept us awake on Friday night outside pub, not many dinner dining options within walking distance that we could find. Very noisy some evenings as disco downstairs but do finish at 9.30pm. No Breakfast option. Room size and view. The room was very small and it smelt like a toilet. It was expensive considering there was no room service (we had to go elsewhere for dinner as there were no available tables in the restaurant/bar), no pay TV options, no breakfast included and we had to ask for a WiFi password the next morning as it wasn't provided at checkin. Compared to similar priced hotels the facilities were not as good value. The music in a morning started at 8am and far too loud up to the rooms. but run down. more sound proof required in rooms. The was quite small and only a double bed. We are used to sleeping in a King bed, so it was a bit crammed. There was a speaker on the roof that was stuck on with 2 different types of duct tape, seemed a bit wild for a $400 a night room. The bathroom fan was also very noisy. room was a little small - needed an extra rack to put luggage.
