The fact that I did not have to stay there with their incompetent, jerk manager
I booked this room by accident and realized my mistake within 30 minutes. I was in Covington LA not GA. They would not refund my room!!!
Not well located for food
Nothing about it
Internet service was very poor and the walk thru going from the odd side to the even side smelled like someone posed around there.
Carpet was ripped up
The shower had great water pressure. The internet worked in the morning. The AC worked well.
The door to the room was outside. The shower head was only approximately five feet from the bottom of the tub. No elevators. The internet would not connect in the evening.

It carpet was damp, the gym was less than expected, and breakfast was a disappointment. If consisted of vending machine food.
Breakfast was good
Rm was dirty shower head was to low bathroom door dirty, coffee table dirty ..for --- bucks it wasn't worth my money never go back to this place again noise outside people walking around getto place
Just in town for a match. Room was nice enough. Bed wasn't too hard. Price was right. Met my requirements.
The iron melted my shirt.
Arriving and safely knowing that THIS hotel has a friendly staff, a clean room and my experience will be trouble free.
Can't find anything that I did not like.
The room was very comfortable and the look of the entire hotel was very nice
The staff could have been a bit friendlier.
Helpful staff, clean, reasonably priced (and somewhat spacious) rooms
breakfast is acceptable, but nothing special
close to the interstate
carpet was stained and dirty in places, lamp shades torn, bedspreads old and worn looking, vending machine out of order
I don't like it being so close to busy gas station.
They except pets
Wish their breakfast would last longer then 9am
Convenience to the interstate.
Dirty. Bed linens were itchy, ceiling tiles were water damaged and falling apart and the lamp shades were dry rotted.
The bed was pretty cozy and the room was quite spacious.
How small the bathroom was and the location wasn't very good. I didn't like being on the second floor because I had very heavy luggage.
Microwave and Refrigerator in the room was excellent.
I had better rooms in the past when I stayed.
The owners and staff go out of their way to make you feel at home it may be a two star hotel but treat you like you are at a four star!
It was convenient to where I needed to be the following morning
It was dirty, run down, smelled bad - there was nothing I liked about this hotel.
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel booked through Priceline. Hotel should be 1.5 to 2 stars, definitely not 2.5. Their only option for Priceline customers is a single bed in a smoking room. Even though I called ahead to get a room with 2 beds, they told me it was only possible if I paid a xxx upcharge. That's almost as much as the room cost to begin with! And I could have had a 2 bed room at another hotel for much less. Other Priceline hotels give you the option of 2 beds without any extra charge. This place also doesn't have an air mattress or cot to accomodate extra people in a 1 bed room. And who wants to stay in a stinky smoking room? I did pay $10 extra to move to a nonsmoking room, which no other hotel has ever charged. I got absolutely no help from Priceline's customer service which was very aggravating. They should absolutely not do business with this hotel because customers are guaranteed a bad experience, and I hesitate to ever use Priceline again for fear I will get another Baymont hotel that is a rip-off.
It was in a decent location, the AC was quiet, the fridge was larger than most in this type of room, the pool was well kept and the bed was comfortable. It's surrounded by palm trees.
The room smelled like cheap perfume, there were no elevators.
room access is from the outside, it is a recently converted Best Western. if you do not need to stay at that exit I would drive 8 mile west on I-20 where there is many more choices and restaurants. It was clean and friendly staff, but old with new furnishings. Very good cookies!
The room was ok. Not great!
Needed air freshness.
the rooms were nice.
The room itself was nice, except for the congestion wiped on the wall and a few black hairs here and there...oh, and there was no tissue in the tissue box.
Priceline put me in a smoking room with a king bed. Well, I had to have non-smoking, and there were 4 of us. Luckily they had a non smoking room for us, but not one with queen beds. I had to go back down to get sheets for the pull out sofa bed.
I most interactions with the staff they were helpful and friendly.
I did't like the late check in window, it made me think the area was not safe. I was charged $10 an hour for a late check out, this has always been a curtesy in other hotels I've stayed in.
Not much to like about this hotel.
The hotel was old and kind of dirty.
Good value. Management seemed attentive to our needs.
Housekeeping was lacking.
Conveient, good location, what i needed door my trip.
When first arrived the room smelled like snow
Great place to stay. Staying again in 3 weeks. Well worth the money & very quiet.
We were on our way to the Masters. Checked in early to watch the 4:00 broadcast live. We tried two different rooms they had available. Couldn't get a TV to work properly. The grass at Augusta National is not brown. Finally went to a sports bar one exit away. Bummer! Wouldn't stay here again. Not convenient to anything.
Me and wife were passing by and we stayed at the Baymont Inn & Suites. The place is great the Manager and Staff were very helpful. We had a RV attached with the truck and wanted to go and eat at a restuarant and the manger took us in his car and pick brought us back. Very Very impressed.
I stayed at the Baymont Inn July 2009. It was awful stay and I will not stay again. We have been out all day and we came back to room around midnight and found room door open all day. It was left open by the Housekeeping Dept and when we talk with the management concerning this problem he was very nasty. We had booked 7 rooms at this hotel and we told the manager this and he told us, ''He did not care and if we did not like our stay we did not have come back to his hotel because he has good business and he did not need our money.''
The staff was extremely friendly - helped us with breakfast (we had kids), gave directions (extremely helpful), and donated a much needed safety pin for a wedding. The rooms were very roomy, clean and smoke-free. The bed linen was very fluffy as were the pillows ( a rarity in hotels). And we got a free days pass at a local health club for staying at the Baymont. Thanks again!
