Insurance package is too expensive. At face is cost the value as car rental, so i paid two twice than originally planned. P.S. I compare rent terms with West Europe, where i traleled this year early.8.0 Very good

Pros:
Great staff, Mike was genuine and helpful and friendly. Didn't try to push me to buy extras and did explain they did not get the exterior washed in time due to no onsight wash bay. However, Mike gave me a car wash coupon which was thoughtful.Cons:
Only glitch was car exterior had not been washed. They cannot wash on site and usually have to take it down the road to get it washed.10.0 Wonderful

Mileage was very poor. Trip computer showed 13.1 miles per gallon. Car had slow air leakage on tire. Had to replace tire.Avis

The staff was very helpful with arranging for a ride to the Pep Boys where my car was being repaired.Cons:
It would be nice if courtesy pick-ups or drop offs were included. Many rental agencies include this service.8.0 Very good

Someone arrived about 15 minutes after the designated drop off time. There were no issues raised about the delayed drop off - person on duty accepted the drop off without any questions or concerns.Cons:

After booking a week in advance, Budget called me less than an hour before pickup to inform me they didn’t have a car for me, and likely wouldn’t. No offers to help find something else, just sorry and good luck.2.0 Poor

I loved that I was able to make a last-minute booking on Labor Day. The car was comfortable and clean and handled great.Cons:
It was difficult to get someone to answer the phone even during business hours. I was trying to confirm for several days that the location would be open on the holiday. Also $48 a day is a bit steeper than I am used to.Hertz

Cons:
The car was dirty (inside and out), the gas tank was empty, there was no windshield washer fluid. We upgraded to a mid-size car and they gave us a 3 door car?! The car was not there on time, so we had to wait. The man dropping the car off was not wearing a mask. I asked for a receipt multiple times and never received one. The facility had not shoveled and we had to drop the car off in an ice skating rink! I would not rent from here again.6.4 Okay
