The rooms were nice. The staff was very helpful.
There were 2 tissues left in the tissue box, one roll of toilet paper, one tine bar of soap for both the sink and the shower.
Good location, something to snack on in the mornings.
I sheets had burn holes in them and strong smell of cigarette was awful. A air freshner in the room would've been nice.
breakfast area was a mess. Elevator smelled like a dead fish was in there. Hot.
This Hotel is very nice for the price...and have breakfast as well...we enjoy the stay and will definitely come again when the time comes....
location was great for what we needed. Lots of spacious parking, easy to get in and out of traffic.A good hotel for the price - 2nd year I have stayed there. The staff were very friendly.A simple breakfast is included.
There was no fresh fruit available - only sweetened applesauce and very sweet 'canned' fruit. Also would have been nice / helpful to have a small refrigerator in the room.
Air condition cold and not noisy. Shower was strong. Bathroom was clean. Ample cable channels.
Towels were stained.
no fridge in room
I like that was in a good area and easy access to highway, the food was good. and it was quiet. The staff were great and friendly.
it needed to be cleaner the bathroom was dirty and the rugs smell musty.
Everything was well-appointed. Better than my expectations at a motel price.
Breakfast was good.
Although we requested a no smoking room and the entire section was listed as nonsmoking it still stunk or smoke. The morning woke up feeling like crap after breathing it all night.
We booked this hotel bc it had three queen beds (for a family of 6 that was very appealing! ). The room wa very big... that was a plus.
It was not clean .. at all. The bathroom had hairs all over the floor. .. as did the shower. .. the carpet was very old and grouse. ..i couldn't stand the thought of walking out of my shoes on the carpet... or the kids touching it with their bare skin
The hotel was clean, the bed and pillows were good, the desk staff were friendly and helpful and there were things I could buy for snacks etc. I asked for -- and was given -- a quiet room with the option to change if it didn't suit me.
Hey, it's a Super 8, not the Ritz, so the towels were a bit puny and the heating a bit noisy, but really, they got everything right that mattered and I had a good stay.
It was close to where I needed to be.
Only basic cable. Lousy breakfast. Housekeeping ignores Do No Disturb sign on door.
Front desk staff was awesome!!! ALL of them, every shift were very friendly. Wonderful experience.
The elevator needs to be worked on. It made a horrible noise and we heard it through the walls all night.
The Staff were all very friendly and my room was clean.
There were some smell of detergent or something in hallway.
Pet friendly and lots of room to walk/exercise my large breed dog. AND night check in guy was super helpful and friendly.
Beyond hotel's control, but there was a very unpleasant LOUD man in the dining area at breakfast. :(
The proximity to where I needed to be the next day.
The room smelled heavily like cleaning products when we walked in and needed some remodeling. Things are starting to fall apart and it looks like a shoddy patch-work job was done to fix things. It was in fair shape.
breakfast was decent
non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. bed wasn't very comfortable.
The price was very resonable.
The room had a very bad smell! I had to fix the TV to make it work and it needs alot of updating.
Right next to interstate and very close to another hotel that I was attending a seminar at. There was some handy places close by like Lowes and Wal-Mart.
The room I was supposed to be in still had some one in it. I was moved to another room that was farther
Convenient and quiet
Not really. Everything was as expected.
It was only one night but it was all I needed. The room was very clean, had all the necessary things, and the wifi was surprisingly decent. The staff was nice and courteous too. Would come here again. :D
The GPS may tell you it's on one side when it's on the other... It's not something bad about the hotel itself, just be aware of this though.
Clean, comfortable without frills. People at front desk especially helpful.
Room heater quite noisy and cycled on and off frequently.
Location - Cromwell diner was great, Walmart down the road, McDonalds across the street, right off I91. The breakfast was decent - I appreciated the hot water for tea and the yogurt.
The carpet and the furniture in the room was so dirty and greasy. I made sure to keep my socks on 99% of the time. The bathrooms were clean, and the public area was as well.
The hotel was convenient to the company I was visiting.
There was a lot of noise from truck traffic late at night. The room and hotel smelled a little stale and the rooms were dated. I didn't want to hear the desk clerk's brief family history at check-in; a quick professional check in would have been nice.
First room the tv didn't work, second room tv and remote was messed up.....did not bother with another room .......missed the continental breakfast my 5minutes (breakfast only till 9am).
The staff was acuminating our need for a late checkout
I was there on business and the proximity to the highway made it very convenient.
The first clerk did not seem to care that we were very tired and wanted to check in early, when check in time rolled around at 2pm, they were still not ready....they did finally check us in at 2:15pm when the next clerk came on duty and was more hospitabl
Location is noisy and busy right on the corner of two busy roads. Breakfast was pretty bad, and mostly they were not accommodating with early check in...we had been up since 5am and my daughter need a nap before her next swim trial at 4pm
This hotel is a good choice if saving money is your first priority. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel is well-worn and no-frill. It's a place to sleep. The free breakfast is ok, but far less than you'd find anywhere else.
The rooms were adequate and clean. Two aspects were less favorable: the front desk couldn't give me any change for a bill, and Fox News was blaring nonstop in the lobby/breakfast area. If they want to show news, I'd suggest a more neutral channel.
This is a great find. I was pleasently surprised at the quailty of the room, the hotel, the staff and the breakfast in the morning (that was FREE, so was the wireless internet) The hotel is bright and looks brand new from the lobby and outside. The rooms are a little bit older, but in good shape, very clean and comfortable. This is a place that I will come to again and I would reccommend it to all my friends.
Stayed for 2 months. Rooms have not been upgraded since the mid 80s. Rooms appeared to be fixed as cheep as posible I depend of the internet and was not able to conduct my normal business while there. Location Only had Wireless internet slower then Dial-UP even after their so called ¿Hi-Speed upgrade¿. I did not get any results after complaining. Half of their rooms don¿t get a signal and the other that do, get knocked off constantly. They are using a Home Wireless router for their entire building. Very Unprofessional. If you want internet go down the street to Best Western. My overall impression was the owners want to put as little into this place as possible to keep it running
While this is far from deluxe accomodations, it was clean and quiet
