Pros:Hotel reused to refund my money even though I was not allowed to travel due to covid-19 and after multiple requests to. Find it absolutely appalling a place would do that during an epidemic like this.

Pros:It was really cheap.
Cons:Rooms are old and musty, the entire hotel is. Front desk staff was extremely rude upon our departure.

Pros:The staff was friendly, room and hotel common areas clean, pool and tiki area beautiful right on beach. Always hot coffee, and breakfast of cereals, bagels, small donughts, english muffins, pop tarts and other quick pastries.

Pros:Great stay the staff was very nice even though they were really busy, it took me a while to get into my room because they had to clean it. But the lady at the front desk went up and cleaned it herself, and even let me have a later check out. A wonderful was to celebrate my anniversary

Pros:Nice sized rooms, easy to get around the hotel. Super friendly staff
Cons:It might have been due to spring breakers, but parking at night was crowded and usually had to park across the street. I never saw the tiki bar open, it was more of a shade for folks to charge their phones. And the breakfast was pretty small.

Pros:We stayed here 5 years ago and decided to give it another try this trip. The staff is always super friendly and I was excited to see they had done some upgrades. It's not the Ritz, but it's definitely a great hotel for your money. It's so nice to open up your balcony door and hear the waves crashing in. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to FL.
Cons:The beds weren't SUPER comfortable, but not so uncomfortable that you couldn't sleep. The counter tops had been replaced, but the faucets on both the sink and the tubs could use some upgrades. Breakfast isn't all that great either.

Pros:The staff was excellent, very accommodating and friendly. The view was spectacular!
Cons:The breakfast at the hotel was horrible. I would like to suggest that they offer some more choices (pancakes, waffles, something that isn't in a package!) But if you like eating poptarts and crappy coffee for breakfast then you'll be ok!

Cons:I am VERY DISAPOINTED WITH RHIS HOTEL. I am a very bad diabetic and have a service dog. She is 3 pounds and I had her on my lap at a table at the pool. ( no where near the water) a customer complained and they told me to put my dog in my room and never bring her outside. I can not go without my service dog and she is not just a leisure "dog" she is a working dog and I felt very discriminated. Of I would have jad a diabetic episode of a panic attack u would have died due to having to put my "dog" in the rooms and I provided a license and doctors certification. Wi kit ever come back!!!!!!!!
