Pros (+) Location right on the beach was key, Staff was extremely friendly and the location was clean.
Cons (-) Haven’t paid a $50 damage fee(refundable of you don’t break anything) Since Spring Break in the 90’s

Cons (-) Parking SUCKS!!!! get there early and close to the street not to get boxed in. Guests are loud, doors slam, light comes thru the door, AC kind of works, rooms get serviced late in the day. IF they come.
