There were not any actual cars there for us to rent even though we had booked in advanced. They did not try and call to let me know either.

When I arrived to pick up my rental I was told they had no cars available and gave me a number to call to have my credit card refunded

Cons:

Specifically asked at Nashville if I could change my payment method at drop off (different location) and was told yes. At drop off they said they can't do it, that I need to call Nashville, and they can. Called Nashville and they can't do it over the phone, I need to go to that location (i'm in a different state now). Called customer care- and they just had an attitude with me telling me if I want to change it I need to go to Nashville.

Great experience at the counter. The car was dirty and probably not cleaned yet. I think they were just so busy turning cars around. I with the 4 hours I had the car were cheaper. This is why I rated it the way I did.

I wasn't able to rent my vehicle due to not knowing there was a deposit that had to be paid as well. Also, the vehicle wasn't even ready when I got there.

Truck (Ram) broke down. Waited 4 hours for a tow that was never dispatched. Robot chat kept telling me to wait longer. A joke.

The night before they were going to take my credit (chime credit not bank) . My son was stuck in Florida with his four year old. They wouldn’t rent it me, my. Ex husband went with exact same kind of card. And they rented go figure!

We were expecting a midsize vehicle, but when we arrived all they had was a minivan. I was concerned about it getting terrible gas mileage and being bigger than we needed, but it worked out alright. It was comfortable for the 2 weeks we had it and the gas wasn't as good as we would have liked, but we enjoyed the space and comfort for the amount of time we spent on the road.

Cons:

I reserved a car online, and flew 800 miles . But when i arrived they told me i was not eligible to rent because of a deductible in 2004. Something I still have no knowledge of. Also poor customer service in Huntsville. Alabama.

Cons:

The Lin’s seemed to move slow when I was picking up the car. There was only one person in front of me and it took a good 10 minutes to get me through the line. I’ve always thought car rental companies should pay attention to that metric. The last thing someone wants to be doing after a long airline flight is wait in a slow moving line.

They put the spinner knob on when I mentioned that I didn't need hand controls.

Customer service I am still trying to figure out what the extra $109 charge is for and no one will tell me.

Cons:

The car smelled terrible like smoke. That’s not good when it’s 97 degrees out and you have to have windows closed with air on. It gave me a terrible headache.

Pros:

Car rental staff was nice, the location can't be beat--just get off the down escalator right by Baggage Claim and there it is!

Cons:

Renters were at the mercy of whoever looked at the long list of reservations and did not authorize delivering more cars for rental until an SOS from the desk staff. Waited over an hour for cars to be available so they could rent them--NOT professional at all and very unhappy customers!
