Hotel staff willing to accommodate
Ac did not work in first room but Hotel accommodated
Quiet comfortable Awesome Brekfast, great price
Quiet comfortableAnd super friendly
Bed was comfortable,
The breakfast , coffee was terrible. Had no taste . Very watered down. Eggs were runny an uneatable.
Clean and welcoming, the staff were happy and outgoing. The free breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel it very close to the UNT campus. We had a king sized bed and slept like a baby.
Coming out of Denton, on I-35, you need to exit at #470 and make a very long U-turn to get to the hotel on the oppisitie side of the interstate.
We had a very pleasant stay in the LaQuinta in Denton. Clean and the staff were very pleasant.
Hotel staff extremely friendly and attentive to our individual expectations. Enjoyed free breakfast, internet access and most of all pet friendly hotel! Also liked the fact that hotel rooms all non-smoking. Clean room and very comfy king size bed!
Location was a bit difficult to get to due to construction. It would have been helpful to have LaQuinta Sign on IH-35 indicating when to exit.
Had a late check in (11:30 pm)but when arrived had to wait 30 minutes for someone to get to front desk to check us in. Once in our room, we realized sheets hadn't been changed & bathroom didn't appear to be clean. Had to change own sheets. Very unhappy!
The location was near the college.
There was mold in the coffee pot because it had not been cleaned in a while.
The hotel catered to pets and you couldn't even tell because the hotel not only looked clean but smelled clean.
Friendly front desk and nice atmosphere.
Rooms were on the small size, and the pool needs some attention.
Breakfast, room ..facility..amenities
That I had to be re-keyed twice and that I did not find a luggage cart when it was time to leave.
All of the amenities were excellent. The only thing lacking to put it into 4.5-5 star category was a BAR.
The laundry washer was broken. (It happens.)
Decor and location. Breakfast was ok.
roach in room. Wifi only worked while on bed next to wall by the bathroom. Fake drapes didn't close. Very loud neighbors and walls were paper thin. Dogs barking in the hallways and walked through the breakfast area. Rude hotel employee.
Room had no shower curtain, not noticed till first morning when I went to shower. No wifi in room, wired only, who uses wired Internet these days? Pillows were small, no tv listing
Had to switch rooms, the first room had a/c issues. The second room we got there was a dirty towel on the floor. The hotel really didn't meet my expectations. The room was very small too.
Located close to where I needed to be
First over night and was awaken by barking dogs. Front desk clerk tried to get them quiet and after several attempts he was able to do so but the dogs had already awaken us at 7:00 am.
the room itself was nice, the beds comfortable and decor nice.
toilet problems. rancid bleach/cleaner smell in stairway. no itnernet.
Rooms were a good size.
Bathroom floor titles were loose. Hotel location was a lot further away from central Denton than I had expected. There was nothing close by other than a few more motels.
Lower end La Quinta, but ok
Was told by staff that they were under new management. Asked for 1/2 hour late check out, 'No', asked of could use reward points, 'Not unless Elite member', and 'we will be billing your credit card $40 if not removed by noon'. Pool condemned by City
Room was average, but clean.
Lack of amenities.
Beautifully decorated and comfortable!
You can hear EVERY sound from the hall and the rooms around you.
Waffle maker did not work. Fridge was not very cool.
Good location. Close to TX Women's and UNT Universities.
The hallway carpets were absolutely filthy. The parking lot was covered with cigarette butts. They must allow smoking in some rooms. They allow dogs and other pets.
It's new, but nothing stood out.
The hot tub was foaming too much to be used. No ability to take a bath because there wasn't a plug for the tub. The floors creaked loudly when walking around the room. The hallway floors deli thin. Cheaply built hotel. No wifi in room or too slow.
Quiet location, comfortable beds
sheets did not quite fit the bed so they kept coming off in the middle of the night
The only good thing about this hotel was the indoor pool. However, the door to the outside from the pool area was propped open with some very questionable looking people. Luckily they left when we entered the pool. But certainly didn't make it feel safe.
When we first checked in and went to our room, there was a medium sized black/ silver ROACH in our bathroom. He was very much alive and trying to scurry back into the wall. I was paranoid from then on. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there.
Location, good breakfast
Hair in bathtub, holes in sheets, stained towels, and hot tub not working
Very courteous staff.
The staff was very friendly. The hotel room was clean.
Breakfast was poor quality. The layout didnt flow. The high chair was filthy. It had jelly and hair stuck to it. My husband had to clean it before we put our son in it.
Indoor pool although the pool towels were size of handtowels.
Our room had a constant odor. We sprayed room freshner. I understand it was a pet friendly hotel but carpet fresh only works so much.
My grandson and I stayed at the LaQuinta one night and it was great. Access getting to the hotel was kinda hard, but follow the 288loop and you'll get there. Stay on the frontage road and not back on I35 as the GPS kept saying.
This is a great hotel to stay in. It's close to the freeway, yet there is no noise. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Room kept clean. Would stay again--and again.
Stayed for two nights recently and found the room to be clean and comfortable. The common areas of the hotel were dirty; rugs needed vacuuming, trash cans at entrance to the hotel were overflowing, mirrors needed cleaning. Also, many of the tables in the dining area were wobbly. All of these issues should have been addressed in short order by the manager. Apparently the manager was MIA.
