Loved the location, perfect spot!
The only problem I had, we had dirty sheets for the pull out bed, we asked for new sheets, and never was brought new sheets.
The location is perfect for attending anything at the Arts Complex. Very close to the 16th St. Mall and the convention center. Easy off and on from I-25.
The parking is a little pricey but that is to be expected in the downtown area. The staff was very good and helpful. The breakfast that comes with the room was very good with lots of variety. You can't beat the location and the size of the room made it perfect for our party of 5. The parking is pricey and they only have valet parking but the attendants were very courteous and helpful. All in all, this is hotel experience as a 10 for our party and I would definitely book this hotel again.
The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast in the lobby was full - eggs and breakfast breads - and was delicious. The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly.
There was no hot tub which seemed odd; they had a decent-sized pool but no hot tub to relax in. The valet parking (no other real option besides street parking) was really expensive. The Embassy Suites is in a fantastic location - close to everything and really convenient. Everything was clean and our room was spacious and fantastic. Overall, we had a fantastic experience here and enjoyed our stay.
someone stole a few gallons of gas from rental car.
The large room with large bathroom and extra sink in the bar/frig area. The staff was particularly helpful as we lost something on our trip and they responded immediately. The public spaces are great. We really appreciated they had two food areas breakfast
The pool was dirty around the edge and there were stains on the carpet byt the elevators. Also no outdoor area even off the main lobby floor.Great place to stay. We have stayed here several times before. The pullout couch in the living room space is really nice and our kids like having their own space. The lobby on the 4th floor is great. We had breakfast every morning and snacks one night before going out. That was really nice. The staff was remarkable. Helping with extra towels, blankets...all our needs. My son lost something while traveling and our first thought was to check the room. The manager went up right away and looked and the head housekeeper looked again. They called us right away.......
We enjoyed having a separate living room from the bedroom. The complimentary breakfast had great variety and the meal we ate in the hotel restaurant was excellent as well (great service!).The hotel staff--from the valet and the front desk to the servers were very friendly and attentive. Our beds were so comfortable! The Embassy Suites was so close to 16th street and trolleys and light rail which we used quite a bit. The price is great when you consider the breakfast and happy hour are included. We will definitely go back to this hotel on our next visit.
All the staff was amazing and very friendly. Location was the best. Will definitely stay again on the next trip to Denver.Went to Denver for long weekend vacation. This hotel was located in the heart of downtown. It is close to 16th Street and Coors Stadium. The Rooms are very nice and the Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Denver.
I liked the size of the room and the free breakfasts.
I was unhappy about having to pay for Internet service - $9.95 per day, per device! That price is WAY too high.Embassy Suites has a smart business-model: evening reception, hot breakfasts, and large rooms with two televisions. However, the fee for Internet ($9.95 per day, per device) and parking ($31.00 per night) is excessive. The cost of the hotel room is already high, so adding these extra costs is unappealing and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Outstanding staff!!!! Guest services phenomenal !
Check in was dicey.... Hotel was overwhelmed with check in ... It took forever to get into rooms.... Getting rooms cleaned then inspected was a real problem.
The food service area is poorly set up. Long lines for breakfast, service filling orange, water etc was poor. Food was ok. Nothing great,I think staff @ front desk was very good. Room was clean and stocked well. Food service was fair as I noted above.
