Convenient to airport and highway. Staff very friendly and accommodating, especially at 2am after a delayed flight finally gets in!
I've stayed at other Springhill Suites and like this hotel. This one was newer but exceptionally clean.
Sofa bed is too old.
I liked the location of the hotel and the price for what the pictures showed. The breakfast was an extra bonus for us.
Our bed sheets were dirty when we first checked in! Then I had to change the bed sheets and they gave me queen sheets for a king bed. Made multiple calls for them to finally come do it themselves so we can go to sleep. Not very good customer service.
Friendly, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast.
Love the rooms and the hotel overall. I love the free shuttle service they offer
I loved that free breakfast was included with this purchase.
Fantastic room and perfect pool! Not large, but perfect temperature for our kids to swim.
Spacious, clean, comfy beds
Noisy, could hear doors slamming, footsteps all night
Very comfortable bed and quiet, accurate heater to control temperature. It was also nice to be able to get a drink and snack in the lounge.
The marble tile lobby floor is VERY slippery when wet from melting snow, and is a slip and fall waiting to happen.
The price I paid for this was not worth it, ive gotten better for cheaper
Breakfast sucked management didn't care sent email to management not 3 stat qualitu
The room was clean. The only staff member that was warm was the bartender. The staff at this hotel need some serious customer service training. I mean serious! I am a marriott rewards member and I take my Marriott stays seriously.
Marriott's are typically very consistent across the various lines. This hotel was a serious under performer. I am not sure I would stay here again without knowing the staff was given a little training in customer service.
The short commute to the airport.
Staff was RUDE!! Offered 2 TERRIBLE hypo-allergenic pillows in place of feather. Refrigerator almost fell out of space! Air conditioner would NOT shut off unless manually unplugged! ! Front desk staff, woman, was DISRESPECTFUL! !!
The best part of the hotel was the location. Since we were leaving early out of the airport the next morning this was very convenient.
This hotel did not keep up with cleaning and maintenance. The curtains were torn and rooms and common areas were dirty. Also the pool was very small and had so much chlorine that the color came out of my bathing suit and ruined some of my jewelry.
Location is good, enough parking places
Breakfast was poor. Empty waffle maker, empty hot plates, no jam, only creamcheese, butter. I have had better experiences in 3 star hotels. Unfriendly staff. Did not want to change king room to double.
Clean, fresh rooms and nice breakfast.
We had to stand in line for 45 minutes before we could get to the counter to check in. The computer would not assign rooms and the young lady was new and it took a long time before another worker arrived who could deal with the problem. The first worker!
Great location, very close to airport. Room and room layout very comfortable.
paper thin walls!
the assistant manager.
the fact that I had to discuss the actions of a staff member to the assistant manager.
The rooms were very spacious and it was very close to the airport.
The toilet was clogged before we arrived and almost overflowed when we flushed it. When we asked for someone to come and look at it they just left the plunger outside the door and expected us to do it. Also they just left the pack and play at our door.
Appliance could be better.
Location to the Airport
Beds were uncomfortable; internet was slow; pool caused a rash on the kids; some deferred maintenance throughout
Staff was fine.
Liked the room layout and the fitted sheets on the bed.
Common areas could have been more spacious and the breakfast food better. Breads were tasteless, bagels hard.
Got stuck in Snow storm in Western Colorado the evening that I was supposed arrive in Denver. It was passed the cancellation period when I got stuck, so I had to pay but forfeit the room.
The hotel was close to the airport and convenient for a rest stop after a long day of traveling. They had a nice complimentary breakfast which made this hotel a great choice economically. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows and bedding.
The room felt a bit on the cramped side as it combined a sitting area with fold out sofa bed with a king sized bed.
The general manager and staff
Prompt shuttle bus
Very difficult to control room temperature. No decent pillows. Noisy around 4-5 am with a lot of banging around above us. Teen-age girls laying in the hall-with open bottles of nail polish and cell phones around them for a couple of hours. Desk no help
Convenient location to Airport. Complimentary Breakfast had nice selection. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Since we booked on Priceline.com we were unable to choose/change our room. Bed was hard, sore back every morning. Pool is very small especially for my teens. Breakfast area was small/cramped, often lines especially for the 1 waffle maker.
Upon arriving, room had been given away, and every hotel in area was booked.
Night attendant provided exceptional customer service upon check-in.
Rooms were nicely furnished except walls were exceptionally thin and noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard. I heard guests using normal speaking voices. Breakfast was mediocre for this brand name and star level.
proximity to airport
short staffed, toilet in first room broken, sheets for pullout were wet. it was disgusting.
Great staff and location and the breakfast is nice
not enough room around the area where the beds were located
breakfast, airport shuttle
A pair of boots were accidentally left in the room. Upon discovery we called the hotel and initially no call back. Subsequent calls informed us that they did not find the boots. They WERE in the room, very disappointed on an otherwise acceptable stay.
Great stay with clean comfortable beds and nice lay out to the room for a family of 5
There's lots of choice in a city like Denver and likely some cheaper places to stay. Ultimately, we went with the Springhill Suites because you know what you're getting: a clean, reasonably well-appointed room and friendly, helpful staff. The only downside, as noted in other reviews, is an exceptionally small pool. But, as we were the only people in it during our stay, it didn't end up being that much of a problem.
very comfortable here. glad I stayed here and would consider it again.
The room was nice. The pool was TINY. The staff was terrible. Had a problem where there was a loud party going on in the room next door at 3a so I attempted to call the front desk for some assistance in dealing with them Nobody answered the phone. I even used my cell phone and dialed outside the hotel and again no answer. Finally I went down to the front desk and there were some staff just sitting around chatting ... apparently not capable of answering the phone. They couldn't be bothered to go up and speak with the guests but did call. About 30 minutes later the party ended. The next morning I attempted to speak with somebody about why nobody was answering phones in the middle of the night but the desk clerk was on the phone She told me she was ''busy'' and I'd have to wait. I don't think so. I do not recommend!
Although this hotel is difficult to get to because of the Denver Airport's poor design (all hotels near the airport are difficult to get to) it was a pleasant stay. The airport in Denver has a major traffic flow flaw - poor signs indicating roads that change names. Do not let this hinder your stay here though - call the hotel and beg for directions if need be...that's what we did. Also be warned the lines at rental car place was unreal 1.5 hours - and gps does not work for many of the hotels near by.
This hotel was a lovely experience. My room was very nice and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool was very, very, very small, hardly anything to write home about, or maybe you would because it's so teeny. Fitness room had one treadmill and a few other items. Continental breakfast was fresh and filling.
