Sausage included in breakfast
Black Mold in shower, shower had water damage, shower curtain too short, halls and room smelt musty, remote for TV missing battery cover.I would not recommend this location - Black Mold in shower, shower had water damage, shower curtain too short, the halls and room smelt musty, remote for TV missing battery cover.
Good breakfast, free Internet. Tv nice, quiet
Far away from the airport, sometimes our shuttle driver was willing to pick us up or drop us off at the rosemont blue line stop, other times they wouldn'tTotally fine. Had everything we needed. Our only complaint was we wish we could have been closer to the blue line
The rooms were absolutely fantastic. Large, spacious, and clean. I could not be more impressed with this hotel.
The driver of the shuttle (Gus) was extremely awkward...he kept pressuring me for a tip even though it was a complimentary ride. I was trying to be friendly and explained to him that I don't have cash with me and he started going off about how he drove meGreat hotel, not so great driver.
Close to the airport and friendly staff, good shuttle service to the terminal. Quiet room with the basics I expected like free Internet.
Cable tv had old remote with no guide feature, older carpet and furnishings but they were clean. For the price it was a good nights sleep and the bed was comfortable.
The staff was friendly, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast satisfying.
It took over an hour from the time I called until I arrived at the hotel. The shuttle took nearly 40 minutes to arrive at the airport after I called. Also, the hotel was VERY noisy. The walls are paper-thin so sounds in the hall and adjacent rooms carrI had booked this hotel for my first night in Chicago in order to get a good night's sleep before a very busy weekend. I was coming in around 8:30 pm, and I didn't have to be anywhere until noon the next day, so I thought staying near the airport would allow me to check-in quickly and get to sleep. However, this was impossible since the shuttle took over an hour after I called to deliver me to the hotel (I didn't get to my room until after 10:15 pm - I probably could've gotten downtown on the L faster, in all honesty.). Plus, the hotel was so noisy that I was not able to get a decent night's sleep. I would not stay ther...
Location was excellent. Hot breakfast did not disappoint.
Definitly by no means a 3 star hotel! I had booked two rooms thru Priceline & was VERY disappointed with the rooms & bathrooms. Very out-dated look. Did not even have proper place/spot to put soap in the shower area. Not a 3 star. Extreemly poor service & rude staff. I met the manager who told me i had booked thru priceline & that i should not be complaining about not having some of the promissed ammenities. My worst hotel booking thru priceline.
The staff was very very helpful and friendly. We paid to leave the car there while being on vacation. It was great.
Very noisy. We needed to get up by 3:45 a.m. for our flight and the room next to us was loud all night.I would definitely stay there again. Conveniently located right off 294.
The room smelled like funk, I had to run the air conditioner to keep from smell lingering
