Pros:The representative was very helpful and the car was a great value.
Pros:Quick check in...easy to get car and leave parking lot.
Cons:I reserved a mid-size car and was told only SUV/Minivans were available so I had no choice but to take one. Never experienced such a thing before?

Pros:Quick Service in Tallahassee.
Cons:Because I was 1.5hr late due to traffic in Fort lauderdale they charge me an extra day, (11$) which I didn't mind, but they charged me Full sunpass charge (25$) for an extra day that I never use.
Cons:They messed up my reservation by giving away the car that I booked and then charged me extra for an upgrade.
Cons:Sat there for over an hour and he did not have a car available so that the detail guys did not show up and he was running way behind along with about 15 other reservations. Very poor service. If he is been straightforward and told me when I got to the counter that it was not going to be Ready for a good while I would've walk next-door and got a car next-door and I wouldn't of been upset.
Pros:The service were good, but my rental car wasn’t all that great.
