Pros:Very easy pick up and drop off procedure
Cons:Didn't realise depot is not on airport grounds but very close and easy to get to via shuttle bus

Hybrid car was roomy and comfortable for 4 adults It saved us alot on gas costs .

The navigation GPS system was excellent - indispensable for driving around Auckland. Staff was helpful in changing our original car to something smaller. Car was comfortable and easy to drive.

We were charged an extra credit card surchage of of 11 NZ$. I had a quote for this car and all fees, that should have applied. It is mandatory to pay with credit card, so there should not be an extra fee after all.

Cons:My reservation was never found by dollar when we arrived. Had to rebook the reservation and it delayed us 2 hours. Not dollars fault. It was kayaks. Jazz at Dollar was very accommodating and helped us get a car.
