Pros:They allowed me to cancel the reservation
Cons:Major inconvenience. Cost me at least an hour as I had to search around for another car

Cons:Sent me to lot to get my car when there were none available in my car class. Did get an upgraded car but process took 20 - 30 minutes. Gas tank button stuck so could not open tank to top off. They did charge me for 1/8 tank instead of 1/4 but still cost twice what I would have paid at the gas station had the car not been defective. Dollar did make an effort but experience far from flawless.

Cons:When checking in at the dollar counter, the attendant told me I was foolish for buying the alliance supplemental insurance from the kayak site, telling me I should not belive everything on the Internet, then proceeded to hard sell me the same type coverage through Dollar. All with quite an attitude, this will make my decision to not book Dollar when there are so many options available easy.
