Line was very long even thought I pre checked in for faster pick up. There were only two ladies working the counter and they were obviously overworked and were being rude and yelling at customers. I Waited about 30-40 minutes even with pre check in. When I got to the car there was trash in the back seat and someone's phone charger. Went back in and they gave me another car.

Super friendly staff, car was not cleaned at all. Don’t mind the dings and scratches but it would have been nice if the interior had been cleaned. Overall very easy process and helpful folks.

Tire pressures ranged from 25 to 42, each one being different. Owner's manual I believe called for 35.

Didnt have vehicle available at agreed rental time. Waited 3 hours, then because car was not agreed to vehicle, 150$ upgrade was charged. Absolutely miserable rental experience.

More agents at pickup locations. It took more than 1 hr in line even though I was 4th in line. There was only agent for almost 45 mins to help customers.
