The Hertrz rental place was closed, I was unable to contact customer service for either a new reservation or a refund. Horrible!!! Waste of time during my vacation Never again will I use this site for reservations of any kind

IT WASN'T DOLLAR!! DOLLAR KNEW NOTHING ABOUT US. Expedia/Kayak made the reservation with DRIVE rent a car but insisted to us it was Dollar. Wasted over a hour chasing around to figure that out. This is NOT Dollar's fault. It is Expedia/Kayak fault

Didn’t get the 12 passenger I booked. Was given a pickup truck and everyone was cramped and uncomfortable. The pickup drove smooth but no room. Was very disappointed because I booked 2 weeks in advance and didn’t get what I wanted.

I never received the truck I reserved because the rental agency didn't have it available even though I had a confirmed reservation. They're only comment was sorry.!

Even though I'd reserved a car a couple months in advance and already paid, they didn't have any cars available when I went to pick it up. We ended up using Uber all weekend because it was 2.5x as expensive to rent a car from another agency day of as what I'd originally spent.

Staff was nice, helpful, and quick. Explained everything to me, I signed the forms, and was off. Excellent experience, way easier than other companies I’ve used out of Seattle. I will be booking with Dollar again!
