Pros:Smooth service in and out.
Cons:Child car seats a big disappointment. They don't charge for seats, first come first serve. We were there early mid week and all car seat were pitiful..dirty, cheap, and all were broken with no harness system. Do not count on Dollar rental for child car seats!!

Cons:After traveling overnight from Hawaii to St. Louis with my young son I was told they couldn't rent the car to me without a proof that I had a round trip ticket. I didn't have one because I drove my wife's car from Missouri to California to ship to Hawaii where we live. Because they wouldn't rent the car to me I had to have my ex wife come pick me and our son up at the airport.
Pros:We had the same shuttle driver for pick up and drop off (2pm on 12/22 and 3pm on 12/28). I haven't experienced someone that kind and eager to help in years! Really jumped in and insisted in a positive way to help load our luggage. A geat representative for Dollar and St. Louis....wish I had gotten his name--a tall African american gentleman. Really impressive and full of class (and joy). Thank you!
Cons:Had to figure out on own (in freezing temperatures) that there is no one outside to assist with return....must go inside.
Cons:They knew when my flight was and didn't bother to tell me that they closed five minutes after I landed. I ended up last minute booking with Budget and saved $100.
Cons:I went in with a reservation for around $50 dollars and ended up getting charged $137. For one day! I won't be using Dollar again.
Pros:Super friendly staff, Steve in St Louis was my shuttle driver, and he took me exactly where I needed to go when I was late for my flight. I missed my flight, but we were so close!
Cons:I didn't have time to fill up the gas tank and had to pay about 4x what it would normally cost - make sure you fill up before you return your car!!
Pros:Drop off was easy.
Cons:Don't try to upsale me...three different tries...wasn't interested. Gave me a receipt that was accurate, then it came aross my Visa bill $36 higher. The tank was returned over full, unlike how we got it.

Cons:I left the car on the drop off lot. Someone else damaged it and I got charged for it. Never using either of these services to rent a car ever again.
Pros:Drop-off service was very quick and I was keen to get my flight.
Cons:Dollar shuttle service from the airport to the pickup was pathetic. I waited 25 minutes and no shuttle showed up. I had to call the Dollar office and get the driver to come over. I was correctly positioned for pickup and the problem was 100% due to a useless shuttle bus driver.
