Cons:Rented to drive car to drop off at a different location and Bill emailed to me included a $100 drop fee! BAIT AND SWITCH BEWARE!! Will never use Dollar again!
Cons:Agent did not inform me that adding a driver - my wife - would be an additional cost. Agent tried too hard to upsell on insurance and upgrade vehicle, without informing me of these charges.
Pros:The car was clean and there was no hassle picking it up or dropping it off.

Cons:Reserved a full sized sedan. Received a midsized to borderline compact 2015 Cruz. The car was falling apart. Went back to the counter to get a different car. They only had SUV's and they wanted to charge my literally double what I was paying. This was absolutely the worse rental experience I've ever had. I will likely never rent from them again.
Pros:Nothing - mediocre car selection- nothing special in counter service - nothing stands out
Cons:Dollar cars are placed at the very end of huge rental car lot - far walk with luggage. First car weather stripping falling off driver side door. 2nd car fuel door would not open - 45 minutes on the phone with "customer" service. Do not rent here
Pros:Very Accommodating and hearty staffs, and Rental understanding and agreement is exceptionally good. Early Morning returns makes it super excellent.
Cons:Keep up the warm and enthusiastic service approachability.
