Pros:The customer service agent was very aggressive in trying to get me to pay for an EZ pass I did not need. I also declined company insurance and a navigation system. He did not like this and became really rude. I expressed to him that I had insurance with USAA and I have navigation on my phone. He said "fine" and gave me a smaller vehicle after he had said I could get a midsize (I perceived it as retaliation for not getting the add-ones he insisted I paid for). I was willing to pay extra because I needed the space for my luggage. After seeing that he gave me a Kia Soul (smallest vehicle) I did not feel like spending another 30 minutes being talked down to so I simply asked to return the vehicle. He continued to be rude and give me an attitude, but thankfully there are other car rental places at the airport and I was able to rent a vehicle from another company. I will not use this place again. The cheap price is not worth the trouble or stress.
