Pros:There was no office, no car, no shuttle. Had to take a taxi for 160km. What is that? !!!

Cons:The car didn't have 5 seats as shown when booking Hefty fee for crossing borders with this car

Cons:Some confusion during the booking. Description on Dollar website did not match actual description. Had to make many calls.

Pros:Pick up was easy and fast (no line), got upgrade to next size and diesel. Return took about 2-3 min after three weeks of rental.
Pros:We had to stay additional 3 days and they extended our rental at the same rate without any up charges!
Pros:I was angry. After waiting and calling and trying to solve the problem we gave up - no car, no logical explanation.

Pros:Car was functional
Cons:1) $1500 USD deposit if you don't take their insurance 2) charge fees to travel to neighboring countries which I did not see in the rates provided via kayak 3) no assistance or warning about how to pay for tolls in neighboring countries. (Simple, buy sticker at gas stations near border, but that would have been helpful) 4) not exactly customer friendly.
Pros:Good car, good price. Good service. Pick up was amazing with the great Petr at my service. Thrifty dollar needs to give him a raise.
Cons:When I came to return the car in Prague I couldn’t find a parking spot and no one answered the phone to help me. Eventually after a few minutes I found a municipal parking spot near the establishment and was taken care of. After walking into the office i called the same number to Czech if they answered the phone and they didn’t. An office full of at least 4 employees and no one answered the phone. That was a little annoying.
