I drove the vehicle 38 miles . Upon my return to Airport I put fuel in the vehicle until the pump shut off automatically The guage in the vehicle read full. I drove the vehicle 1 mile to the terminal for check in . After the vehicle was checked in I received a printed copy of my rental charges. I was billed an additional $13.49 fuel &service charge . I asked the agent about the charge and was told there was nothing they could do because my account had been closed out . NOT HAPPY I WILL NOT BOOK WITH DOLLAR IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF THEIR GREED

Kayak lied about what dollar has available. My confirmation email from kayak says passenger van. Dollar does not have passenger vans. A passenger van has significantly more space than a mini van. Very upsetting, very disappointing.

I still do not know who I went from the " Enterprise " wed site to Kayak, to Dollar, and finally ended up at a Hertz rental only to be told " WE DON"T HAVE A TRUCK FOR YOU " All of you Kayak, Enterprise, Dollar, Hertz...... ARE AWFUL. You cost me $1000.00 in lost sales because I ..... YES I decided to try " Online " reservations as opposed to actually talking to a LIVE person. This was a JOKE...just like your service !!!

Pickup was clunky. Car was ok for entry level but didn’t have the features that comparable cars have had previously.

The following is not necessarily the fault of Kayak. With this above said, this was my worst car experience I’ve had with any rental company. This vehicle was not safe to be driven. It has a lot of mechanical issues with over 70,000 miles. This is not normally a problem for a Toyota, but it is clearly evident that this vehicle has not been maintained for the last year. The sticker on the windshield leads me to believe the oil has not been changed for over 30,000 miles. The tires are going bald and the car needs new brakes. The alignment is off kilter and the steering wheel had to be turned 20-30 degrees to the left in order to keep the car straight. I have already attempted to contact dollar on this matter because this was the first time I felt unsafe driving a car that was not mine. Aside from that the vehicle was fuel efficient and if they fix the car, it should last many more years.

Great suv & our plane was delayed sposed to be there at 11:00 pm plane didn’t get us there till 2:00 in the morning & you stayed open so all of us could get our car Thanks so much

When I got to the Matteson location, their was no vehicle for me so I asked if I could get a van for the same price I was told no. But they called and found a truck 20 minutes away. I had to drive further and my 9 o'clock appointment ended up taking me to 10:30.

Customer service agent in RSW airport was not friendly and had no business being in customer service. The car I got was not the size I paid for. I paid for 7 passenger 5 bag car. We could not fit everything we had. I will never rent another vehicle through this company again. 0/10 would never recommend
