Cons:When I arrived I waited 15 minutes only to be told there was a 30-45 minute wait for a car even though I had a reservation. I was able to get a car within 10 at Hertz, so I canceled my Dollar reservation.

Pros:They checked us in and saw that we had 2 kids with car seats and strollers and they upgraded us for free to a larger vehicle. I dont know if we would have fit in the smaller one! Saved our trip!

Pros:Our car, although it had controls for cruise control, did not have this feature installed. For as much driving as we did (from Myrtle Beach to Columbia and back), this was a pain. Good gas mileage, but next time I'll upgrade to something that feels more secure on the highway. It would be nice for them to include a highway map in the glove compartment.
