Pros:Good clean car, easy drop off with very courteous staff.
Cons:Bought the EZ Pass option but it appeared not to work - got a green light once, error messages (“No EZ Pass” or “Call EZ Pass”) the rest of the times.
Pros:Staff remained professional and friendly in poor working conditions
Cons:Leave the pick up inside the airport and have someone deliver the cars to the door or have a golf cart to take the customer out to the car, it is very difficult dragging all your luggage out to a garage not knowing where your going. A handicapped person (me) will not do it again because I have bad legs and was so sore and tired when I finally got in the car I should not have been driving especially a car I’m not used to. And no there was nobody around to offer help just a sign saying go outside where our staff is working in a dark dingy shack !
Cons:The vehicle could of been washed and vacuumed though it was minor given the northeast

Pros:I often feel like I am being nickel and dimed by rental car companies, but there were no unexpected fees or surprise charges. The staff that I interacted with were very friendly and I was provided with a brand new top-of-the-line vehicle.

Pros:Everything with the car was fine.
Cons:Booked a "mystery" car because the price was in between a compact and mid-sized car. Got to counter only to find out that I was getting a compact car of my choice. If I wanted a compact car, I would have selected a compact car at the lower price level, right? Who would pay more for less car? So I had to pay an extra $60 for a mid-sized car. I thought the whole thing was kind of shady and did not appreciate it. Additinally, was never told that there was no return @ airport and nearly missed my flight because I had to return offsite. Luckily they had a shuttle and the driver did not mess around.
Cons:The car windows were dirty on the inside.
