Cons:We booked a car in Munich for Saturday 11_14_15 which turned out to be a Saturday where told they where closed since it wasn't a airport so we had no choice but to rent a car for 909.09 thanks for doing your homework on Europe Car rentals I'll never use your site again

Pros:Car was OK and as expected
Cons:1. My reservation was cancelled erroneously by Dollar, without recourse. When I came to the Dollar/Avis desk, they said it was cancelled and they are out of the car that I needed in all of Munich. My travel plans got derailed, and thousands of dollars that we spent on airline tickets and others needed to be changed and cancelled. The only car available was a day later, and it cost me twice (x2) as much money. If I had the patience and time I would easily sue them.
Pros:Centrally located and easy to find. Staff was friendly and very professional.
Cons:Being charged a 40 Euro surcharge for driving out of the country (ie. Germany). What a total ripoff!! I also didn't appreciate having a $1000 hold on my credit card either.
Pros:Price was supposed to be 100, however Dollar required that you buy their insurance. So instead of 100 euro, it was 380...unacceptable. I had my own insurance thatbwould cover the car, but the agent simply said it was non-waiverable and that the cost was 380. We cancelled the reservation. Rediculous, we will not use Dollar in the future.
Cons:Mandatory insurance that was not included in the bill by kayak, more than tripling the cost of the rental car.

Cons:The GPS had not been updated. There were several times the GPS gave us inaccurate directions because it had not been updated.
Pros:Fast pickup and dropoff. The last time I rented from the same place, they gave me a different car from what I had reserved, and I had to wait more than an hour after arriving to get the correct car. Maybe I got lucky this time, or maybe they're improving.
Cons:Car was a little dirty inside, and the windshield was dirty. But not a big deal.

Cons:Closed early the day of drop off, which is fine had we been notified of this at the pickup location. Seems we were charged for an extra day even though we returned our car before our "drop off" time on our contract.
