Pros:Friendly and helpful indeed. This being a train station pickup of the car is always less straightforward than at airport or at some city location, but fine anyway.
Cons:This was a very busy time of the year, therefore choice of car was limited, but in the end it worked perfectly.
Pros:Everything was perfect!
Pros:The ease of renting means I will likely rent again.
Cons:The pick up location was hard to find in the Louvre.
Cons:The car that I had reserved was not available when we arrived. We were told that we would be upgraded with no additional charge. We did ask for a gps which we agreed to pay. When we returned the car, we realized that we had been charged for the upgrade, but they would not discuss it with us. Not happy with that! I feel we were taken advantage of and chalk it up to a lesson learned. Probably will not rent from them again.
Pros:Very friendly staff. Convenient 24 hr. drop off.
Pros:Pickup was convenient being just a short walk from our central Paris hotel. Drop off was at CDG at the end of our trip. We were also surprised to get a diesel which saved considerably of fuel costs
Pros:The car was great.
Cons:The rental was actually fulfilled by hertz and many of the features that were advertised when we booked (like a second driver for free and total insurance for only $11) weren't available through Hertz.
Pros:The counter was very helpful despite my problem with my booking but the branch manager was helpful since i have been booking cars several time with the same branch for past year.
Cons:The entrance of the parking lot is always jammed and cramped with car and for some reasons there were always some stupido who always blocked other to access to the parking gate.
Pros:Car size was small
Cons:The car was small and not enoght for my 4 bags so I had to take beger car and it was very expensive and that car wasn't in the site to chois from the biggenin
Pros:staff very friendly, but took me a moment to understand it was Hertz
