Pros:Very prompt & courteous. Vehicle fit specifications and was easy
Pros:Small rental depot which was a breath of fresh air.
Cons:You need more drop offs, so that the individual can maybe drop off closer to where they live.
Cons:Car not available upon. Arrival wrong size car cleanlness was bad

Pros:My big issue was I had a Kayak, confirmed price that the salesman stated didn't matter. That he needed to add additional fees, even though the price did include taxes an fees. It also appears that he added additional cost as protection that he said would be returned at drop off ... That was not. Martha, the salesperson there when returning, tried to apologize and make some concessions. The original salesperson was Done. Terrible!

Cons:I had a confirmed reservation and traveled to the location, only to be told they had no cars and no plan for re-accommodating. The same thing happened to several other people while I was there, and the supervisor said it happened many times before. Employee at the location was unfriendly and unhelpful. Stay away.

Cons:Came to pick up car and there wasn't a car there. Left high and dry with no resolution from Dollar. Ended up renting from Hertz a day later.
Pros:For one of the bookings, i was given an automatic upgrade to suv class.
Cons:I did two bookings of same car for the trip but one was cancelled by itself without any intimation of it. When I went to pick up the car, I was informed that there is inly one booking on my name and no other car is available, whih was a real paintaking task for me. Also, the insurance for both the cars are charged to me and the refund of one booking has not been credited yet. I hope this is done soon enough. I request kayak to inform and make sure that the bookings which are done from same account and same timestamp, shall be confirmed over call first and then any action must be taken
