Bad location. Kitchen but without anything to wash the dishes. Empty kitchen. I give it less than a 1 star. Too expensive for what it is. Ugly.
Convenient to Montreal airport. Provides appartment style accommodation eg bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom. Good for an overnight stay or for longer stays if wishing to self cater. Plentiful breakfast included in room rate. Very helpful staff. Good for families wanting budget accommodation. Quiet location.
Need to be able to manage own lugggage. No lifts -may need to carry luggage up several flights of stairs although staff willing to assist.
The hotel was very close to the airport, yet quiet enough to sleep well. The shuttle was very convenient. The breakfast was very good with a variety of foods. The furniture was new and rooms were very clean.
The carpets need to be replaced. The air fresheners added a peculiar smell.
The room was freezing, reeked of smoke, needed to be updated, there was hair in the shower, the water that came out of the bathroom faucet was a bit rusty
