Cleanliness and quality of the rooms and grounds were great.
Some areas kids by the pool were extremely noisy and unattended.
Everything about the hotel is fantastic. We have stayed there now 3 times and would go every year if we could. We have 2 children and the staff and facilities are absalutely excellent.
Not at all.
Staff were very friendly and the food excellent
One of the pool and part of the hotel was closed for maintenance during our stay
the staff, the location
Airport pick up was excellent - On time and great services. All employees were very, very courteous and amigable.
I think the TV channels can improve somehow.
My room, Art & Tech, was very comfortable, I enjoyed the fresh fruit, night cap and dessert brought to my room daily.
Although the staff were very friendly I felt that everything was "very rushed". I went down to breakfast precisely one minute after 10.30am, the end of service and was told everything had been cleared away and I could not be served. I also had a bad experience waiting for a cold snack in the lobby, despite telling the waitress I had an appointment and needed to eat soon, my snack took almost 40 minutes to appear. I think there may have been only 5 or 6 other people in the lobby so it was not due to being overworked.
