The location is perfect, ideal for the beach, train, marina, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife. The apartment was very comfortable for 5 adults. The facilities were good, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We loved the swimming pool too. The view from the apartment was beautiful. Everything - large rooms, great location, the facilities - squash court was fun. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help on every occasion. Beautiful apartment and spotless. The place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, with a walking distance to the Marina walk, Marina Mall, and many restaurants and coffee shops. Very friendly staff. I had booked a one bedroom apartment. Pool shut too early. The apartment was a good size and was cleaned everyday. Having no balcony - and maybe a better equipped terrace area where you could sit out. The furnishings were all dated and tacky. Nothing actually. The apartment is tired, some cleaning had been missed. En suite, dining chairs and there was a hole in the bed sheet which had been repaired. Which we didn't find until bed time. However, the bed was massive so, it couldn't be avoided. Having said this, I would stay here again. It would be nice to have a coffee machine for coffee pods. However, you can have coffee delivered from the supermarket. Spacious and good but cleaning can be a little better. It’s at a great location and best part is the walking distance to the playground under the bridge. Great location for walks with family at late night and a short distance from marina mall. Use the e scooters to add fun! Highly recommended. The kitchen is a bit not too well equipped to support the number of people (we were 6 adults & 3 little kids). But the main negative experience was not during the stay; it was the stressful interaction before: (1) I booked several months in advance, and sent several messages asking for 2 baby cribs, always to get an ambiguous response that it would be looked at depending on availability upon arrival. This is very weird given that we need cribs for the babies, and we cannot find an alternative solution after arriving on international flights late at night. I ended up calling one day before, and was given the same answer - at that point I had to get tense on the phone.. I couldn't understand why it was not possible to check for availability beforehand and make a decision. Upon insisting I was promised 2 cribs and that was settled. (2) Few days before the visit I got a scam phishing message from the hotel via the Booking.com messaging system, asking me to provide credit card information. I contacted Booking.com, but only got a generic response from support noting that it's a standard message from the hotel system and I should ignore it .. I know this is an elaborate scam attempt (I work in IT and know about security), and I see 4 possibilities: (a) the hotel's account got hacked; (b) it's an insider scam from the hotel staff; (c) Booking.com got hacked; or (d) it's an insider scam from Booking.com staff. I think it's the first possibility, but until this is taken seriously by Booking.com I will never book with them again, despite my loyalty for over than 15 years. All in all, we had a good stay and managed to fix everything, but it required a lot of work and stress upfront to avoid all that could go wrong. They have bugs. No EV charging point for my hire car. Owen little bit old. The furniture a little bit old. Overall the apartment was amazing; the only 2 things to improve on would be providing more towels in the room including face towels and replenishing the tea/coffee. They have just 1 door key. The fact that water is not includes in the room service and they charge you for it, while you are spending +360$ every night, is a little annoying. It feels better if they get 362$ per night and bring the water without extra costs! ?. Floors were constantly wet, with water dripping from ceiling. Apartment was a little tired, did have a musty odour to it.
The hotel apartment is a great choice for families and visitors with a group of people. The apartment is decently big and has all you need for your stay. I enjoyed my stay in Dubai due to friendly staff and excellent location of this hotel. Marina hotel apartment is best hotel apartments in Marina and price fairly. Definitely recommend it.
