Pros (+) The condo we rented needed up-dated badly. The carpet was stained and the furniture and kitchen looked like it was from the 80's. It was clean but they really need to repaint and take out the carpet.

Pros (+) Beach and pool were walkable. Sunset restaurant right across the street.
Cons (-) Indoor pool was cold, and whirlpool was closed. Furniture in room old and worn.
